Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?
We will help you and your team set-up your call center. You will have 14 days to try our Standard package. We will give you GBP5 for you to play with. At the end of the trial you can either downgrade to Limited, stay on Standard or up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If you prefer to be invoiced to pay differently, please reach out to our support team.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at all times. You will need to pay the difference and your upgrade will be activated. Downgrading the plan is possible only if you're on a monthly subscription basis.
What are your call rates?
Our standard calls in the UK are 1 pence per inbound minute and 2 pence per outbound minute. International rates vary based on the country. You pay your usage bill at the end of each month.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
In case you decide to part ways, you can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer any discount when paying for more than 12 months in advance?
You can get a discount if you choose to pre-pay for more than the standard billing period (depending on your plan). Speak to us if that interests you!
